Brainstorm Blog #4

The webventure project is something I am very excited about, as it mixes elements of everything we have learned in class this year into one place. The piece I am most uneasy about is the GIF creation. Although I completed the lab, the GIF creation feels similar to the animation lab in many ways, which I struggled with. I find difficulty in making "perfect" art. When trying to move the limbs on the Bigfoot in my lab, it becomes tedious messing with each and every frame. I tried to add berries after, and they showed up on every single frame, and I could not figure out how to change this (I know now). In many of my paintings and drawings, I lose the desire to create unless I can work quickly and without overthinking. Other than that, I believe I will do something related to my favorite musicians, or perhaps follow the life decisions of someone that will lead them to a certain place. It's always interesting to think about those in the lime light who appear to have everything, but ultimately end up on a path of degeneration. I want to see how the viewer would react to certain decisions and show them where that path can lead. Or another idea would be something concerning creation, as in the user can add various colors or paints to a canvas to create something within the storyline. I will use various elements from wix to make the project cohesive and ultimately, I am hoping this will be my best project to date. I am struggling with making the Spotify player work, so I think I will use the youtube player as an alternative.
